Fronius' TPS 500i with robotic welding equipment enables a perfect welding result. Fronius robot welding equipment is designed to cover everything what is needed for challenging robot welding tasks: torch body, torch hosepack, synchronize wirefeeding, tailormade intermediate hosepacks, fully digital powersource, cooling unit, digital interfaces and a large number of different hardware and software options. Fronius offers all this in a fully digitally compatible solution. Available welding process options: Standard, Pulse, Low Spatter Control. (LSC), Pulse Multi Control (PMC) and Cold Metal Transfer (CMT).
Skytrack 2000 positionerServo driven 2-axis, 2ton positioner for handling of the parts during the welding. The tilt and rotation axes are controlled via the robot controller and are capable to coordinated motion with the robot. To enlarge the robot arms working envelope, integrated robot track with servo drive is included with the Skytrack positioner. All the movement axes are, realized with servo motors, and fully integrated to robot controller so that synchronous movements are possible.
